  • base price means that depending on the complexity of the character/s, the price may increase or decrease.

  • pieces will be minimally shaded by default. more detailed shading may be offered for free.

  • character palettes may be adjust to fit aethestics and i usually cannot offer an "unfiltered" version; notify me ASAP if you want me to strictly use your character's palette!

  • if you do not specify an art style, i'll choose what works in that moment. you may also decide when i have shown you the wip sketch!  since my style fluctuates a lot, you may also link an artwork i've done and i can replicate its style!

  • i also have multiple ways to draw spooky month eyes (the official way, simple-dot eyes, eyes seperated)

  • backgrounds are a solid colour (you will be given a transparent background version).  abstract/text elements may be added for free

  • max four characters in one drawing*

general

  1. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms. Terms are subject to change.

  2. i reserve the right to decline your commission without explanation.

  3. I reserve the right to inform you about cancelling and refunding your commission at any time without explanation.

  4. You may use/reupload the commission (with credit to me) for personal use.

  5. you may use your commissioned artwork for personal merch (keychain, prints, etc.)

  6. You may not use your commissioned artwork for profit or commercial gain (e.g. selling it to the public).

  7. Unless specified not to upload the commission to the public OR you plan to post it on your account, all commissions may be posted on my social media or portfolio. You may choose to remain anonymous.

  8. I communicate through the socials listed above, including discord DMs.

  9. While my work will remains relatively SFW, I am happy to work with NSFW character references.

  10. If requesting yumeship artwork and you have a design for the f/o, I will be happy to use your design!

  11. I will not draw characters that have been created/designed/referenced/inspired etc by AI generators. I will not draw characters with AI generated references. If you give me AI references and did not state so, the commission will be cancelled and refunded.

  12. You may not use my work for AI or NFT purposes.

process

  1. Average wait time ranges from one (1) day to one (1) month. If I have to take longer than one (1) month to complete the commission, you will be contacted and informed of your status.

  2. i typically do not accept deadlines BUT depending on what you want to get and the deadline itself, i may be willing to accept it!

  3. You're welcome to ask any time for updates, or you may visit my Trello.

  4. If you prefer to be updated when I finished a step or steps (e.g. line-art), let me know and I will fulfill that. i usually update for the sketch, colours, and when it's finished for regular art commissions.

  5. Commissions are not completed in FCFS (first come, first serve) order.

  6. A concept sketch will be provided for your approval. You may ask for any changes here. After the sketch has approved, I will continue working on it until it's completed.

  7. the concept sketch may be coloured but if it isn't, i will provide a colours in the next wip update!

  8. If you are unsatisfied with the final product, I can make minor edits (ex. adjusting colours, adding small details). Any major revisions (ex. reposing/restarting, full colour scheme change, background change, etc.) may be rejected.

  9. The only major revisions permitted are details that I may have missed and was specified by you in the order form while the commission was still in the sketching/ lineart stage (e.g. missing tattoo that's essential to the character's design, I used Palette A when you said Palette B, etc.).

payment & refunds

  1. Payment is done through Paypal (Good & Services) OR Kofi only.

  2. I accept USD by by default. I will accept AUD from Australians.

  3. Unless discussed with me prior, payment must be upfront and are to be sent within 24 hours after my confirmation. If you do not respond within 48 hours, I will give up your slot.

  4. For commissions over $20, you may ask to pay half of the payment upfront + half of the payment when a WIP is approved.

  5. I accept vouchers (e.g. someone else paying for you) but the same rules apply to them. Unless specified/discussed, I do not accept anything else as payment.

  6. Refunds may be requested if I have not delivered any sketches for you OR at the time i shown the wip sketch to you. After the concept sketch has been approved by you, refunds will not be offered.

  7. If you chargeback without contacting me first, you will be blacklisted. Please contact me about a refund before going to paypal!

  8. If I feel like I cannot finish your commission on my own terms, you will receive a full refund.

  9. I do not offer refunds for completed work.
