i typically do not colourpick from reference sheets HOWEVER i do my best to match the values and keep it recognisable.
additionally, i do not use filters/blend modes so i usually cannot offer an "unfiltered" version, so notify me ASAP if you want me to strictly use your character's palette!

this is an "ask first" service as i need to see and approve if i can draw your character; a pre-existing drawing of your character in the spooky month style is required!
after your character is approved, you'll be asked to complete a google form for the information and drawings you want on the ref sheet!
when i receive your form, i will then send a rough frame and price, and after you approve of everything, you will pay
after the reference sheet is complete, you can also receive transparent image pngs for fullbodies and items, just ask!
i typically do not add text information (e.g. personality and backgrounds) to ref sheets HOWEVER, if you want it and have already written it up, i can add it in for free!

terms of service
01. general
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms. Terms are subject to change.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
You may use/reupload the commission for personal/ non-commercial use, provided that there is credit of the artwork to me.
Unless specified not to upload the commission to the public, all commissions may be posted on my social media or portfolio. You may choose to remain anonymous when I publicly upload the commission.
I communicate through the linked socials above, including Discord DMs.
02. progress & wait
Average wait time ranges from one (1) day to one (1) month. If I have to take longer than one (1) month to complete the commission, you will be contacted and informed of your status.
You're welcome to ask any time for updates, however, I prefer if you waited at least one (1) week in between each asks.
If you prefer to be updated when I finished a step (e.g. line-art), let me know and I will fulfill that.
Commissions are not completed in FCFS (first come, first serve) order. It is likely that you will see smaller pieces being completed first.
A concept sketch will be provided for your approval. You may ask for any changes here. After the sketch has approved, I will continue working on it until it's completed.
03. payments & refunds
Payment is done through Paypal Invoicing (Good & Services) OR Kofi services only.
I accept USD by dy default. I will accept AUD from Australians.
Payment must be upfront (i.e. paid first). For commissions over $50, I will accept half of the payment upfront, and half of the payment upon completion.
Payment must be sent within 24 hours after confirmation unless discussed with me prior.
You may contact me anytime for a full refund. If WIP sketches were provided to you, you may not use it or give it to another artist to complete it.
If I feel like I cannot finish your commission, you will receive a full refund.
Otherwise, I do not offer refunds for completed illustrations work.
If you are unsatisfied with the commission, I am willing to discuss and make minor edits (ex. adjusting colours), up to a maximum of two (2) times after correspondence. Any desired major revisions (ex. reposing, colour scheme change, etc.) may be rejected.
The only major revisions permitted are details that I may have missed and was specified by you in the order form while the commission was still in the sketching/ lineart stage (ex. missing tattoo that's essential to the character's design).
04. character designs
Please do not claim the design/s as your own. However, you're welcome to credit yourself for any edits done to the design.
You may change anything about the design (colours, gender presentation, species, age, etc.). I prefer if ethnic features stay UNLESS there are intentions to make the character a persona or anything similar.
For fandom-specifc adopts, you may change it to a non-fandom/original character, or switch it to another media (e.g. Spooky Month to a Pokémon character).
If brought with money, you may not resell it for a higher price UNLESS there is additional artwork (either commissioned or personal) of the character.
You may trade or gift the design.
